• Assisted with $20 million dollar construction lien litigation, including disclosure review, legal research and preparing mediation materials
• Planned and prepared litigation, including drafting documents and conducting discoveries, for leading insurance companies
• Assisted with litigation planning for municipalities for Ontario Municipal Board hearings
