When clients need legal advice, Meaghan knows that they are oftentimes looking for cost-effective services that place a high value on early resolutions to their issues.   • Appeared before the Newfoundland and Labrador Supreme Court on various civil litigation matters
  • Assisted public bodies and companies in privacy matters and submissions to the OIPC
  • Appeared as co-chair before the Ontario Court of Appeal to uphold summary judgment motions
  • Assisted with $20 million dollar construction lien litigation, including disclosure review, legal research and preparing mediation materials
  • Planned and prepared litigation, including drafting documents and conducting discoveries, for leading insurance companies
  • Assisted with litigation planning for municipalities for Ontario Municipal Board hearings
