- Appeared before the Newfoundland and Labrador Supreme Court on various civil litigation matters
- Assisted public bodies and companies in privacy matters and submissions to the OIPC
- Appeared as co-chair before the Ontario Court of Appeal to uphold summary judgment motions
- Assisted with $20 million dollar construction lien litigation, including disclosure review, legal research and preparing mediation materials
- Planned and prepared litigation, including drafting documents and conducting discoveries, for leading insurance companies
- Assisted with litigation planning for municipalities for Ontario Municipal Board hearings
