Easy and Secure Online Credit Card Payments
Paying your invoice has never been easier. We are pleased to offer a secure and convenient way to pay your invoice online using your credit card.
We have partnered with LawPay, a leader in legal billing and payment software, to offer an easy-to-use online payment system for when credit card is your preferred method of payment. LawPay’s online portal offers superior data protection and security to keep your sensitive information safe.
You can make payments of up to $25,000 per transaction using a VISA, Mastercard or AMEX. Please have your Invoice Number and Client Number ready, and visit the following link to take you to LawPay’s secure online payment portal: Pay My Invoice
Wire Payments
For wire instructions, please contact the Accounts Receivable department at receivables@stewartmckelvey.com.
Online Banking Payment
Please forward the Remittance Page included with your invoice to receivables@stewartmckelvey.com.
If you have an account with any major Canadian bank, log into your online account and search for ‘Stewart McKelvey’ using your bank’s Bill Payee functionality. Your SM Client number, found below the Invoice number on your invoice, should be used as your account number when setting Stewart McKelvey up as a payee.
E-transfer Payment
At this time, we are unable to accept email money transfers, or e-transfers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Cheque Payment
Please include the Remittance Page included with your invoice. Cheques should be made payable to Stewart McKelvey and mailed to:
