Mark practiced with Stewart McKelvey on a full time basis from 1981 to 2003 and since then has engaged in his own transportation business and been associated with a number of other leading businesses and organizations in Atlantic Canada and elsewhere. During his previous practice with the firm, Mark was a leading practitioner in several sectors including shipping, energy, natural resources and construction. He played important roles in a number of major Atlantic Canada projects, had associations with some of our region’s leading entrepreneurs and played significant roles in the management of the firm. Now acting as counsel to Stewart McKelvey Mark continues to lend his legal background and broad business experience to the firm’s clients and Atlantic Canada businesses.
