Tracy Duffy

As Manager of Administrative Services, Tracy leads the team in our Saint John office. Her open door policy encourages collaborative dialogue, knowing that when a goal is communicated clearly, any team is unstoppable. Believing no task should be measured by size, Tracy remains goal-oriented, seeing consistency and confidence as the backbone to productivity. Always thriving to convert any challenge into a learning experience, she is tenacious – aiming high with her eye on the most desirable result.

Tracy has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Thomas University.
