For businesses, the challenges they face are often intertwined with legal issues. With a business background – both in education and experience – Bill is able to recognize and understand the issues his clients are facing. Working with a diverse group of clients including oil companies, insurance companies, small businesses and a fishing company, some of the ways Bill has helped his clients are by:
- Acting on behalf of a Canadian oil company in the sale of a commercial petroleum storage installation. The sale included real property and associated assets.
- Working as part of a team representing an international royalty owner in a commercial arbitration against a mining company.
- Working as part of a team on a large financing project for one of Canada’s largest seafood companies.
