  • Facilitating the purchase and sale of corporations and corporate assets of varying purchase prices.
  • Negotiating and drafting key agreements ranging from Letters of Intent to Purchase Agreements.
  • Consulting with start-ups from incorporation to initial public offerings and beyond.
